Cold Box Express is for temperature-sensitive goods that need an insulated package and a handling plan. Tell us what you are shipping and the temperature range it must maintain so our team can check whether a suitable carrier and route are available.
What to include in your request
- Contents, quantity, value, and whether the goods are perishable, medical, or otherwise regulated.
- Required temperature range and the maximum time the package can safely remain outside that range.
- Package dimensions, packed weight, insulation, and any gel packs, dry ice, or other coolant.
- Collection and delivery addresses, preferred dates, and any monitoring or handover requirements.
How the service is arranged
- Submit the shipment details for an operations review.
- The team checks route coverage, carrier acceptance, packaging, coolant restrictions, and applicable documents.
- Only after those checks can a service, charge, and collection plan be confirmed.
Cold Box Express is not an automatic temperature guarantee or a standard rate-calculator service. Do not hand over temperature-sensitive goods until the packaging, route, carrier, and handling instructions have been confirmed. Dry ice and regulated goods may require additional approval.
