Medicine shipments need more than a standard parcel label. Share the product details, route, and handling requirements so the team can check whether an authorized carrier can accept the shipment.
Details to prepare
- Medicine name, quantity, packaging, expiry date, and whether it is prescription-only or otherwise controlled.
- Origin and destination countries, recipient details, and the intended use of the medicine.
- Any prescription, invoice, permit, import approval, or product information required for the route.
- Required temperature range, if applicable; temperature-sensitive items also need a packaging and transit plan.
Before collection
The operations team must review carrier acceptance, customs rules, documentation, and any temperature-control requirements. Some medicines cannot be carried on a given route.
Submitting a request does not confirm acceptance or regulatory compliance. Do not dispatch medicine until the carrier and required documents have been approved.
