Prepare an excess baggage request
- List the contents of each suitcase or box with quantities and approximate values.
- Record each package's packed weight and outer dimensions, including handles or protrusions.
- Provide complete sender and recipient addresses, contact numbers, and your preferred collection date.
- Check for batteries, liquids, food, medicines, and other restricted items before packing.
This is a courier shipment, not an extension of an airline baggage allowance. Customs declarations, carrier acceptance, and final charges depend on the route and contents.
